The judges' decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into, nor feedback provided regarding the selection of shortlisted nominees or winners. All judging will be impartial, and based on the quality and standard of the entries received.
Judges must declare any perceived conflicts of interest to the event organisers prior to reviewing any entries. Judges will not allow personal relationships or experiences to influence their decisions. All judging will be based on the merits of the entry, campaign, organization, or product.
Judging discussions are confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone outside of the judging panel, either before or after the awards ceremony. Judges must not share any confidential material, judging papers, or entries with others. All judging materials must be securely deleted immediately after the judging period or handed over to the event organizers for management.
Judges will only have access to entries that have been provided to them for assessment. Judges are prohibited from notifying entrants if they have been shortlisted or won prior to the official announcement. Judges will not provide feedback to entrants on why they were not shortlisted or why they did not win. Any requests for feedback should be directed to the awards organizer.

NewsReach is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Crafting Bharat Awards 2025 will be recorded for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience. The recordings taken at the event are the intellectual property of NewsReach India and its event partners.
All trophies will be inspected before the ceremony. Once awarded, the responsibility for the trophy lies with the recipient. NewsReach will not cover the cost of replacement if the trophy is damaged or lost after it has been handed over. If a replacement trophy is required, please contact nominations@craftingbharat.com.
In the event of an unforeseen postponement, all entries, tickets, and sponsorship bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled event later in the year.
The winners of the Crafting Bharat Awards 2025 are strictly determined by the judges and the presenting parties. The decision of the judges and the presenting parties is final, and no individual or entity should question or spread any information related to the awards without the explicit consent of the presenting parties. Any unauthorized statements, speculation, or dissemination of information regarding the awards, nominations, or winners may result in legal actions.
